Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor, you are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service.  

Automotive Service Advisor Job Duties:

  •  Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or maintenance of their vehicle needs and issues.
  • Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations.
  • Verifies warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions.
  • Create estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; including deductibles using X-Time.
  • Prepares repair orders (RO) by describing issue, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures.
  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently.
  • Increase profitability by maximizing sales & execute retail promotions.
  • Perform active deliveries.   All guest needs to be walked to their vehicles and all advisor needs to talk about the VW survey and ask to fill it out.
  • Perform follow-up calls with all guest

  • CDK experience is a plus 1 year
  • Able to work on Saturdays
